many options amazing staff great pool exposed wiring ridiculous angle slippery flooring

The breakfast had many options to choose from. The staff was amazing and friendly. The pool was great. I stayed in a Premium Beautiful Room.

I noticed an exposed wiring in front of the door. It was a bit risky. The ramp to get out of the main entrance was at a ridiculous angle! The flooring there was slippery when it rained.

I found the room super clean! my room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff provided excellent service. the grounds looked well maintained. Pool areas were cleaned daily by staff.

the hotel is very clean with great facilities the food is good we stayed half board with a great choice at breakfast and an even better choice at evening meal both pool areas are well looked after i had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back in 2025 this hotel will always hold a special place in my heart all staff are amazing from cleaners to maintenance to management all really helpful the front of house team cannot do enough to help.
